"Gold Package" This package includes everything in the Silver Package but includes cleaning with a roto-jet steam cleaning tool. This tool is the latest in technology and has been proven to get your carpets cleaner and drier.

"Platinum Package" This includes everything in the Gold Package but also includes the application of 3M Scotchgard and includes grooming of the carpet to restore the pile and fluff.
